2.4.1.2. The amount of € 30.000.000 (thirty million euro) in case the Player plays, is loaned or transferred directly by Galatasaray to Sporting Clube de Braga – Futebol, SAD, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD or Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD until 31.05.2018. It is considered a fraud to this clause in case the Player is transferred during the same season to a third club (intermediate club) before the transference to one of those three Portuguese clubs and, in that case, the amount of thirty million euro is due.
2.4.1.2.1. In case, the Player is transferred to another football club that except the football clubs which explained above (article 2.4.1.2) prior to 31.05.2018, Galatasaray shall agree and announce and undertake that the same responsibility which explained in 2.4.1.2 shall be written on the agreement between Galatasaray and the new club. Moreover, in case this clause of the agreement violated by the New Club, Galatasaray shall agree, announce and undertake to pay €30.000.00 to Sporting, but, if Galatasaray could be collected from the New Club through the legal proceeding.

“Real Sociedad is aware that in the event the player plays, irrespective it is on loan or upon a definitive transfer, by Sporting Clube de Braga – Futebol, SAD, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD or Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD until 10.09.2018, then Galatasaray shall have to pay Sporting the amount of € 30.000.000 (thirty million euro) until 10.09.2018. Real Sociedad is also aware that in the event the player is transferred prior to 10.09.2018 to Real Sociedad (or any other club), then Galatasaray shall assure that Real Sociedad (or the new club) adopts an equal clause to 2.4.1.2. in the transfer contract of 02.09.2013 in order Sporting keeps the right to receive the € 30.000.000 (thirty million euro) in case the player plays, irrespective it is on loan or upon a definitive transfer, by that third club to Sporting Clube de Braga – Futebol, SAD, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD or Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD.”
